Task: Come up with a new product for Burger King and a headline-grabbing way to launch it.
The Whopper is a work of art. Burger King is like the painter who goes back and forth on their masterpiece. From packaging to different variants they are always trying to make it perfect for their audience.
The Work of Art Whopper. Burger King’s masterpiece remastered with all premium ingredients. Because the Whopper is so good, one could call it fleeting art. So for a limited time the Whopper wrapper will be a piece of fine art. Four wrappers will make a final original painting by a famous artist that you can keep forever.
To announce the sandwich Burger King will put a location in the middle of the Institute of Contemporary Art in Miami during Art Basel.
There will also be an exhibit on the history of the Whopper and its many iterations.
